52 Lists-- List #8 Your Favorite Albums

This week's list: your favorite albums was quite challenging for me.  Mainly because I kept thinking about photo albums and scrapbooking albums; pretty much the only albums I know!

I figured that this line of thinking would not make for much of a list though and so I spent a week thinking about musical albums.

I enjoy music, I listen to music and sing along when I know the lyrics but to actually know the name of an artist or an album... that's just not me.  Don't get me wrong there are some artists that I just love and I'll listen to any of their songs but mostly I have a pretty eclectic taste in music.

My favorite songs are those where the lyrics speak to me.

So instead of listing my favorite albums I'm listing some of my favorite songs.  Songs that speak to my heart and have special meaning to me:
  • Grow Old With Me by Mary Chapin Carpenter

  • Independent Love Song by Scarlett

    1. Yeah I have really eclectic tastes! Pandora hates me! They can not figure out what to suggest. Most of these songs are from when I was in high school; our prom songs and things.

    1. Yeah I was surprised once I got going; though I did need my MP3 player and Google to help me figure out the artist for many of them.

  3. I don't listen to much music anymore, but I'm like you. I know the lyrics, but not necessarily the artist or album! I do know and enjoy many on your list though. :)

    1. If I'm listening to music it's usually my kids' music! :) I've long since lost the rights to the TV, Radio, and well... just about every else.
