Slices of Life

I had only made 2 cards in March for my card chain challenge group and then just yesterday I sat down and whipped up 4 more (they reverse loaded so the top 4 cards are the newest)! I have been hard at work on my Hawaii scrapbook pages though and I am officially more than 1/2 way done with our trip!     Linking up with: Crafty Wednesday,

The first two cards are actually old cards that I pulled apart and remade. Sometimes I make a card and I am just not happy with them but I set them aside until inspiration strikes.  I also worked on making some Valentine cards and trying to use all of the digital stamps I've bought at least once.   Before:  I pulled off the top layers and happened to notice the Christmas image I had printed and colored in.  After: I just added the star brads and moved the bow and now I LOVE it! Before: This delicate card tore right near the saying while in my drawer so I pulled off the saying entirely  After: And added this adorable mouse image; it's so cute! I had this card base with the snowflakes lying around and had been stumped as to how to finish it off when I spotted this adorable penguin trio and knew the snow would be perfect for them!
