Talking About it Tuesdays #74
We are back from our trip and had a wonderful time. Now I am gearing up for Father's day weekend this coming Sunday and getting all caught up on all the housework. I was pleasantly surprised to have time each day to do a bit of blogging while on vacation so I was able to visit everyone that linked up last week.
I can't wait to see what you have to share with us this week. I hope you all have a wonderful week.

A few that caught my eye:

Strawberry Rhubarb Hand Pies by The Copper Table
Summer Books by The Other Side of the Road
This party will remain open until the weekend. My hope is that everyone will share all sorts of wonderful posts: travel, recipes, how to's, crafting ideas, and more-- up to 3 posts per blog. Anything that is family friendly is welcome; even old posts that you'd like to get some new views.

ReplyDeleteThank you! Since breakfast wasn't until 8 and I habitually wake around 5 it was the perfect way to ease into my day.

DeleteI am really enjoying our laid back schedule that we are back home and trying to do a couple house projects every day. Lots of reading when I can, sometimes it's not till late afternoon. Looking forward to Father's day. Trying to make it a little more special this year for hubby! I do need to pick a couple cards up for him and my dad!

That sounds lovely! I haven't made my cards yet but I hope to do that tomorrow. I have a harder time making cards for men.
DeleteSounds like a great trip and a busy upcoming weekend! Fun features, I've never had rhubarb, might have to take a peek at that one!
ReplyDeleteI haven't had rhubarb since I was a kid but I remember liking it a lot; it's pretty sour so most recipes call for extra sugar or sweet add ins like strawberries to compensate. I can remember eating it raw with a cup of sugar in hand.
DeleteI need to check out that homemade brownie mix! Yum!
ReplyDeleteDoesn't it look yummy?
DeleteGood to read you had a lovely time with even some time left for blogging : ) Thank you so much for hosting this great linkparty.
