Tower Hill Botanical Gardens Holiday Display

The boys and I wanted to get out of the house for one last day of holiday fun of before the actual craziness of celebrating with our families.  We decided to head to Tower Hill Botanical Gardens and see their INDOOR holidays displays.

We had heard that this facility has phenomenal lights all throughout all 15 acres at night but that there was plenty to see inside too.

There were so many Christmas trees we lost count!

This hallway was lined with matching trees and the walls shimmered with blinking lights.

Most trees were themed around nature and we just loved looking at all the tiny details.

Then we turned the corner and saw this room of rainbow trees stretching from one side to the other.  All themed with butterflies...

There were trees tucked into just about every corner.

They even had one tree MADE out of bromiliads (with orchid decorations).

We peeked into the cafe and the boys thought this upside down tree was neat.  Surrounded by rows and rows of holiday balls it made quite a statement over the tables.

Of course my boys enjoyed looking at the train too.  Each of the buildings was made using items found in nature.

We walked around just a bit outside and realized that all these flowers surrounding the front door were made out of old fashioned (large colored) lights with painted and sculpted bottle top flowers glued to little sticks!

I bet they look beautiful all lit up at night.

We decided to make a plan and come back in late spring/ early summer to walk all the various garden paths and see everything in bloom.
