Talking About it Tuesdays #135

We had a busy weekend with both boys moving into college but the move-ins themselves went well and they both seemed happy and settled in in no time. After dropping Evan off on Thursday, I did have to take a second trip up on Friday after buying a much larger fan to deliver said fan since his dorm room was so hot and poor Alec had to make a second trip home on Sunday because while we did manage to fit all his stuff into our 2 cars for Saturday's drop off he had, somehow, forgotten his culinary uniform jackets as well as his mouse and mouse pad. Luckily they are close enough that we can do these kinds of things easily.

How was your week/ weekend? Good I hope!  We had a really wonderful link party last week. Thank you all for showing up week after week and making this so much fun.

This party will remain open until the weekend.  My hope is that everyone will share all sorts of wonderful posts: travel, recipes, how to's, crafting ideas, and more-- up to 3 posts per blog.  Anything that is family friendly is welcome; even old posts that you'd like to get some new views.

  2. I'm glad drop off went really well for both of your boys. I love that we are as close to Alyssa's school as we are- we had to make two trips and it wasn't too big of a deal with being only three hours round trip. Thanks for the link up!

  3. Both boys to college must be quite an adjustment for you. I would treat myself to a slice of that butterscotch cake, it looks amazing.
