Talking About it Tuesday #131
We had another lovely summer week last week. The younger boys and I went to check out the botanical garden and Alec headed up to Maine for a bread fair he was working/volunteering for... I didn't even know they had fairs for things like bread!
We had a wonderful party last week and I have some fun features for you today. I love seeing what is popular each week and then, of course, speculating why!... sort of like I do with my own posts. Do you do that too? I can't wait to see what you'll share with us this week.

ReplyDeleteIt sounded really neat; there were classes in sour dough, pasta making, focaccia art, etc. that you could sign up for and there were lots and lots of vendors selling all sorts of bread and bread related products.

DeleteWonderful features...we watched the new Little House of the Prairie and enjoyed it. A bread fair sounds like a delicious venue to attend. It is hard to believe it will be August soon--summer is flying by!

ReplyDeleteI often wonder why some of my posts are more popular than others. One of my most popular was one I wrote on a whim about the song You Are My Sunshine. It gets hundreds of views a day. I thought I'd try to recreate it by writing about Nancy Drew. I took time, researched a well-though out blog post about Nancy's 95th anniversary last year. It barely gets any views. Ha! I have no idea what the formula is!

DeleteIn a town about 30 miles from here, there's a Bread Museum and it's really interesting, so a Bread Fair makes totally sense to me!
