Talking About it Tuesday #130

Hello and welcome to the party! We had a wonderful party last week and I had so much fun seeing what everyone has been up to lately. There were lots of mouthwatering recipes shared too. Did you have a favorite?

I hope your week was a good one. We spent a lot of time inside since our skies were rather smoky but we still had a great week. Alec baked up some goodies for us... like this cheesecake and these meringue sandwich cookies. Evan, Alec, and I check out a new to us museum and had a really wonderful day out. Then this weekend we had a party for one of their friends that we all attended before Alec left a bit early to head to a wedding. How was your week/weekend?

The leftover meringue made into cookies with a strawberry whipped cream filling & dipped in the leftover white chocolate

But, back to the party. That's what you're really here for, right?!

  7. The cheesecake and cookies look extra special! Sadly, our many Colorado wildfires have been giving us poor air quality this summer. We are in desperate need of rain in the west!
