Talking About It Tuesdays #124
My husband and I had a fabulous week in Maine last week-- thanks for all the anniversary wishes! The weather was just beautiful. A little cool but that made it just perfect for hiking. I spent my weekend playing catch up on all the things. It's great having young adults that can stay home on their own... but there is definitely more to do when I get home because while they are all really self- sufficient they aren't quite the neat freaks that I am. So this week will be spent focusing on cleaning and organizing all the areas that I can.
It looks like we had a very successful and popular party last week. We even had a few new blogs link up. I love finding new blogs to read! Do you?
Most Popular Posts from Last Week:
Prime Purchases Lately by Me!
Some Others that Caught My Eye:
Bee Happy for Honey Scotcheroos by Kitty's Kozy Kitchen
The Best Vegan Glow Bowls by Colors 4 Health
This party will remain open until the weekend. My hope is that everyone will share all sorts of wonderful posts: travel, recipes, how to's, crafting ideas, and more-- up to 3 posts per blog. Anything that is family friendly is welcome; even old posts that you'd like to get some new views.

DeleteSo glad you had a nice time in Maine. Cooler is good for hiking. We were just out overnight for our anniversary, but the temperature was perfect. It's always about ten degrees cooler in the mountains than on the lake. Have a great day and thanks for hosting.
ReplyDeleteYes, the cooler weather was perfect for hiking.
DeleteSo nice to hear you had a nice trip. Thanks you for the party.
ReplyDeleteThanks! It was fun and relaxing.
DeleteHow nice you were able to get away to Maine and have such a wonderful time. I can imagine coming home after the boys would be a little challenging with getting the house back to normal. Yes, I do love finding new blogs especially food and family blogs.
ReplyDeleteI like that we don't have to worry about the house while we're gone but they definitely tend to leave more "stuff" hanging around when I'm not here.
DeleteSounds like you had a wonderful getaway! Thanks for hosting us all!
ReplyDeleteYou're welcome!

DeleteHappy Anniversary. Love that the kiddos can be home alone. When I was a kid I loved that I could stay home alone.
ReplyDeleteI loved staying home alone too.. plus our boys are really lucky. In walking distance they have 3 sets of grandparents plus an aunt and uncle so help is always nearby if needed.
DeleteI think that bee table setting is wonderful!
ReplyDeleteIsn't that so cute?!
DeleteSo great that you had a fun time here in Maine! We’re starting to have some good weather.
ReplyDeleteThe weather was perfect while we were there sunny and cool but not cold.
DeleteSo happy the weather cooperated not only your last trip, this one too! Yes, it's nice knowing you and hubby can go on trips with just you too.
ReplyDeleteThank you for entertaining us!
All the best.
