Pattern Mixing Cards (For Father's Day)
We finally got around to making Father's day cards this year. Alec started putting his card together and I really liked the way the patterns all looked mixed together on the card so I used his card as inspiration for my three!

As you can see I did try to stick to a basic color theme and since I tend to prefer simple cards I kept these pretty plain.
I always struggle to make cards for men and I think sticking to one color and a simple layout really helped me create something they'll each enjoy.

DeleteI too find masculine cards much harder to make. These turned out great, loving the mix of pattern papers! I really need to use up more of my pattern papers!

DeleteYou are so clever. I need to get my stamps back out and incorporate them in my scrapping. Or maybe make some note cards. I am sure the dads in your life will be very touched with your creativity. I am working on fabric wrapped balls for the 4th today.
