Our Favorite Art Projects for Fall
If you are a follower of this blog you know that I love incorporating lots of art into our days. Over the years we have tried many different techniques and projects together.
Here are some of our favorite art projects for celebrating fall.
1. Tissue Paper Leaf Art: I loved the colors and the textures of these paintings so much that I have debated about doing the exact same project again this year!
2. Mason jar luminaries: these are so beautiful lit up at night!

3. Drawing leaf skeletons; these fine line drawings were a lot of fun to make.
4. Zentangle turkeys; We had so much learning about Zentangle and it's so versatile. I could absolutely see this working really well with leaf shapes, pumpkins, and even bats!
5. Wax resist leaf rubbing paintings. We not only loved our finished pictures, but we also loved how quick and easy this art project this was!

Love these projects! We've done a couple of similar ones, but I'd really like to do the mason jar luminary. It's so pretty!

ReplyDeleteDefinitely! :) I am finding that I have lots of fun recreating old crafts I used to do with my boys. We've made friendship bracelets with embroidery floss and tissue paper flowers too. It brings back fun childhood memories and we have fun together making new memories.
