Goodness, that month went fast! I can't believe Thursday is already October and my parents will be leaving to head back to North Carolina. The time just flies.
We had a fun and relaxing weekend with an overnight stay at Foxwoods Resort and Casino seeing a show and enjoying a lovely dinner. We also had a whole lot of rain so when we weren't away we were curled up inside. I hope you all had a lovely weekend too.

I cannot believe it's going to be October! September just flew. Thank you for the shoutout! I'm sure you are sad when your parents head south. Do you plan to visit them this year? I know you would prefer not to get stuck again! Thank you for the link up. There's so much good stuff to read.
ReplyDeleteMy aunt's husband is celebrating his 90th in June so at least me (and maybe someone else?) will probably head down for that weekend but I have no plans to visit over the winter.
DeleteSeptember did go by fast, and we've been getting a lot of rain too. It's been hard enjoying fall activities with all the rain.

ReplyDeleteI'm sure you enjoyed your parents' visit! It is hard to believe that September is over. Fall comes early to the high elevations in Colorado and arrives to our front range area in October, so I enjoy the long autumn season before the snow arrives.
