Talking About it Tuesday #139
Well, it is officially fall here in the northern hemisphere and it truly feels like fall too in New England. I'm seeing lots of leaf changes and our mornings are getting downright chilly. With highs in the 50's and 60's during the day sweater season is upon us. While I will miss summer, I do absolutely love fall. The trees put on such a show and the weather is perfect for hiking, working on the yard, and just getting to move and do things that is often hampered by summer heat. How's the weather where you are?
We had a slightly smaller party than usual last week but I was tickled to see that we had a 3 way tie for most viewed. Did you read any of these?

ReplyDeleteI'll bet your area is gorgeous in the fall! It gets pretty pretty, here, too :). I've noticed very little leaf color change but that should happen pretty soon here. We did have a glorious change in temperature- we went from super hot to delightfully cool within a couple of days and it's been nice. How wonderful that your weather is fall like, too, to more easily enjoy spending time outdoors. Thanks for the link up!

It's starting to feel like fall here too. It's been kind of rainy the last few days so I'm hoping for some fall sunshine. Thank you for hosting, I missed last week because we were out of town.

ReplyDeleteSome day I hope to see New England in the fall. I can only imagine how beautiful it is this time of year - although northern Minnesota is awfully pretty this time of year, too. I just hope the fall season sticks around for awhile. Sometimes it feels like we jump from summer heat to winter cold and I'd love a few months of fall weather. Time will tell! ReplyDeleteWe are definitely getting cooler here in Colorado and we have a few leaves starting to change. Because of my schedule, I am here every other week, so I didn't see any of those posts from last time but I just may click back to check out a couple of them! :) Either way, I'm going to check out a couple from this week and leave some comment love. Happy Fall! I saw your new artwork for the new challenge--all so wonderful and such a fun challenge to accomplish and get the inner creative muse inspired. I recently volunteered to be part of a nation wide "brain health" study, and I'm finding that very interesting. I just wish there were more hours in the day :)
