Prime Purchases From the Last Few Months
The last time I shared a Prime Purchases round up was June 1st (I also shared Evan's Dorm things in late June) but I haven't shared anything I actually purchased in June, July, August, and September so I have 4 months of stuff to show you. I'll omit those frequent buys like my husband's favorite Love Crunch granola or our dishwashing and laundry detergent. But it's still going to be a long list!
We fixed our sprinkler system and worked on our lawn this summer so we needed some marker flags (we used these) for the sprinkler heads to make sure we didn't run them over with the seeder/aerator.
We had a pretty rainy month or two this summer and our outdoor cushions got all moldy. I bought this patio cushion cleaner to try.
We have a lovely blown glass hummingbird feeder but it was getting filled with ants so I bought this pretty glass ant moat and it works perfectly. Plus the color and design go well with the feeder I already have.
We needed to clean out the dryer vent area and I bought this extension kit for the vacuum.
I love these splatter covers; (Thanks, Lindsay!) so far I've only tried them while cooking rice and it worked great. Hopefully they'll work just as good when making mashed potatoes this fall.
All the guys needed shaving cream so I bought this multi-pack.
We searched high and low all around us and could not find bathroom cups anywhere so we ordered these paper ones.
We needed a few last minute things for Evan's dorm. Once we knew what dorm he was assigned we watched a few Youtube video tours and one gave us the dimensions of his built in shelves so we bought this 3 pack of collapsible storage bins to hold things like his snacks and paper goods and extra toiletry items. They fit perfect in the space.
He also wanted a throw blanket for the foot of his bed. We picked out this nice soft, fluffy one and he loves it.
Alec had a wedding to go to so we ordered him this tie,
these pants (36wx38L)
They paired perfectly with one of the green tops he got for his trip to Greece that I showed in June's round-up. He looked great!
Alec wanted another bottle of his favorite lotion.
I liked my purple top so much I ordered it again in an orange/rust for the fall.
I bought these adorable checked pants and oh gosh, I just love them! There is a drawstring around the ankle so you can leave them straight leg or make them more like harem pants as shown on the model.
I ordered another pair of hiking boots-- the Moab 3 fits great and I love the hints of blue on it.
I tried this brand of pj's in both a pant and a short version and liked them both.
My hair dryer died so I bought this one; I like it a lot.
I got a pack of these felt tip pens. I used the ones Tanya gifted me at our girls' weekend so much they ran dry. I figured that was a good sign and should get some more.
To scrapbook our trip out west I ordered some new paper and sticker packs.
Here
I also need more adhesive refills.
I've been painting so much I ran out of canvases. I ended up really liking the small squares Evan had bought me a few years ago so I picked up another package of 12.
A few of us needed new wall calendars. I picked out this one
Finally, I need to refill a few of the food items I can't seem to find locally.
This bag of basil seeds
This 2 lb bag of raw, organic, Brazil nuts
I use this organic miso in fried rice, stir-frys, egg roll in a bowl, etc. Just a tablespoon here and there.

You've ordered a lot of useful products! I will refer to this in the future..l
ReplyDeleteThanks!
DeleteSo many good finds! I want to shop in stores and locally but I can't find things and resort to Amazon and it saves time and money.
ReplyDeleteI feel the same way!
DeleteI need that dryer vent cleaner and have it in my cart!
ReplyDeleteI'll be honest... we haven't used it yet.
DeleteOh that rust top is going to be perfect for fall- just love it!
ReplyDeleteIt's so soft too!
DeleteThe shirt that you got in orange, I have in black and really like it! Great color choice. Also a lot of good practical items here!
ReplyDeleteThank you!
DeleteI'm going to try the splatter covers. I hate stovetop splatter. Love the color of the fall top too!
ReplyDeleteStovetop splatter drives me crazy. The real test will come when I next make mashed potatoes. I feel like I have never managed to boil a pot of potatoes and not have it boil over or splatter.
DeleteYou will have to let us know if that patio cushion cleaner actually works. Even on a covered porch, my cushions get so dirty and they are so expensive to replace. Love the orange top, I added that to my shopping list.
ReplyDeleteIt hasn't stopped raining long enough for me give it a try but I hope it will work. The set I really need it to work on doesn't have replacement cushions as they are a non-standard size.
DeleteI'm so glad you liked the pens. Are those the same pants Grace ordered? I have had the same issue with the paper cups, and can only find them occasionally at the grocery store.
ReplyDeleteYes, those are the same pants Grace ordered and I love them!
DeleteThose marker flags for the sprinkler heads are such a good idea, I hadn't thought of needing those and that extension for the vacuum to clean the dryer is genius! I think I need that.
ReplyDeleteAlec looks very smart for the wedding!
Aw, thank you. I thought he looked pretty great too.
DeleteSo how did the patio cushion cleaner work?? We always just use the hose, but maybe we need this?

I haven't used it yet.... since it hasn't stopped raining long enough for me to tackle them yet.
DeleteJoanne, you ordered a lot of items. I like those hiking boots you ordered.
ReplyDeleteThanks! Those are my "go to" hiking boots. I think I'm on my 3rd pair now. I literally wear them out!
DeleteI ended up getting canvas paper pads to save space. Do you prep your canvas? I like the paper packs you got. Great colors. I have the same pair or shoes. Love them!!
ReplyDelete-Soma
I don't prep my canvases though I probably should, it's just not a habit I developed growing up (though canvases seemed to be better quality back then).
DeleteThat's a lot, but since it covers four months, it really isn't! Amazon is just too easy to shop, isn't it? I'm glad we don't have Prime because I'd really be in trouble!
ReplyDeletehttps://marshainthemiddle.com/
It really is just so easy. We don't have Prime either so things sit in my cart for quite some time until I have enough to qualify for free shipping.
DeleteI have that patio cushion cleaner in my cart right now. Couldn't decide between 2 choices. Will be anxious to see how this stuff does. We leave our cushions out year 'round because we can truly be out in our hot tub/pool most of the year. But they are dusty and smell sour.
ReplyDeleteI used to love Flair markers. Nice to see them available again. Or maybe they never went away?? Ha!!
Love the pumpkiny colored top. That will be really cute on you.
My cushions have literally turned green with mold/algae since they have been so wet this summer and I'm hoping the cleaner will kill whatever is growing on them.
DeleteI always enjoy seeing what you have bought on Prime. The dryer extension sounds good - going to look at that right now! Love your checked pants! It's amazing you can buy a whole outfit for your son and it all fits perfectly!
ReplyDeleteThank you! We really lucked out with his clothing-- though we had bought those pants in a different color and we bought 2 pairs of shoes and return the smaller pair.
DeleteGreat haul!
ReplyDeleteLove the mix of practical buys and fun extras.
I loved this post. So much fun seeing what you are buying. Some things were new to me like the hummingbird feeder and the basil seeds . I like the splatter covers too. Cute top.. Some good ideas! Thanks.
ReplyDeleteOh those splatter covers are something I need! They say you can also let a wooden spoon rest on the pan.
