Talking About it Tuesday #129
I had a wonderful week last week celebrating my birthday! I was spoiled with all sorts of mail, cards, gifts, texts, and not 1 but 2 shopping days with my mom as well as a really lovely and delicious lunch out with her on the waterfront and a lovely date night out with my husband over the weekend. I felt completely loved. This week should be back to normal and good thing too as the whole house could use a real good cleaning. I often neglect the house so much in summer as I'd much rather be outside soaking up the fresh air and sunshine.
Can you believe we're pretty much mid-way through July this week? I feel like summer needs to slow down just a bit more. We had so many lovely posts linked up with us last week. I love seeing all the trips everyone is taking and the delicious recipes that are shared. Please keep 'em coming! I try really hard to make sure the features on any given week do not feature a blog that's been featured in the last 5 or so week (obviously not the ones that are "most viewed" as that is up to you dear viewers) but I like to share the love as much as I can. So I hope you feel like you see a good variety.

DeleteSummer in Louisiana is always way too long lol. It starts in May and ends in October! It’s been hot, and I am so ready for fall. Cooler temps, school starting back, my favorite season!
