Share Our Lives: The Emojis I Use Most Often
It's the second Monday and time for Share Our Lives. The monthly link up where we share snippets of our lives.
This month we're talking about the emojis we use most often.
Now I do use some emoji's but not many... and pretty much just with my husband.
The ones I use most often (though on my phone they look a bit different than these) are
The shrug🤷
winky face😉
blow kiss😘
laughing 😂
thumbs up/okay👌👍
I will send smiles to the blogging ladies I text with or my mom but rarely think to use any others 😊but if I do it tends to be one of the above as well. My boys don't use emojis so I don't text them any either.
I hope you join us next month when we'll be talking about the favorite room in our house.

This is fun! I think we use the same emojis. I am particularly fond of the shrug🤷 You are right though - I have not noticed my son using them, though his girlfriend definitely does. Maybe it's a man thing!
ReplyDeleteIt could be! My husband uses some but not many.
DeleteI tend to use the same ones as well. I love to use emojis! So fun to concisely and wordlessly convey emotion :). My son probably uses more emojis than my girls which is kinda funny (insert laughing face emoji, lol).
ReplyDeleteThat is funny!
DeleteThis was so cute! I use the sideways head laughing, the regular laughing, the hearts, the vomit or the swear ones- ha!!
ReplyDeleteI use pretty much any/all of the laughing ones.. somehow the one I sent the other day spun around and around. I had no idea was even an option!
DeleteNow the ok and thumbs up I see as lazy or disrespectful.
ReplyDeleteI have lots of family members that like to get the last word in any text conversation and we can locked in an okay/ okay typing back and fort so typically if the conversation is over but I want them to know I've read I use the thumbs up or the okay.
DeleteThis was fun! I use the crying with laughter one a lot, in addition to smiling face and the red heart. Happy Monday!
ReplyDeleteHappy Monday!
DeleteI use the smiling face with the hearts on it a lot when my girls send pics of their little ones. The crying laughter is another one I use often. Hope you had a nice weekend!
ReplyDeleteAw, I can see that with grandkids for sure.
DeleteI use most of the same one's that you use and mostly only send them to my girls.
ReplyDeleteI do like the shrug! And I use the thumbs up sometimes too.
ReplyDeleteI don't use a lot of emojis either. My favorite, I guess, is a smiley face or a rainbow. #MMBC
