Currently in June

It's the first Wednesday of the month and time for Currently with Amy! This month we're talking about what we're currently enjoying, wearing, watching, listening (to), and buying.

Enjoying: Our trip to Maine and all the delicious food and beautiful views.

Wearing: Lots of warm layers-- especially here in Maine this week.

I started the day with another coat over all this

Watching: Filthy Fortunes (HBO), The Boroughs (Netflix), Revenge (Hulu), RJ Decker (Hulu),

Listening to: I've been trying to make my way through Little Women by Louisa May Alcott again. I read the book in middle or high school and thought it might make a good listen while also knocking "a book written in the 1800's" off my 52 book list but it's really slow going. The story is not really holding my attention this time around so I think I might have to switch to a physical copy.

Buying: Gosh! What haven't I been buying? It has felt like a very expensive spring between Alec needing so many new clothes and travel things, Evan needing college/dorm things, needing new things around the house like hoses/hose reels, outdoor carpets, a new garage door spring/ set up when mine broke and we still need to get our driveway resealed. I shared my Amazon Purchases on Monday in this post.

    1. It's been in the 50's; cooler than it usually is when we're up here but really rather perfect for hiking.

  20. I've been shopping a lot lately, too, it seems. In my defense, it is mostly stuff for my home. But since I spend most of my time there, I want it to be cozy for me!

  21. Some incredible photos of the Maine trip!! Hard to believe it can be so cold there in Maine when it is so hot down here in Florida.

    1. Yeah, that is crazy! Even sometimes to feel the temperature difference from home (here in CT) to Maine feels a bit nuts.
