Styling Scarves with Ageless Style
It's the third Thursday of the month and time for another ageless style challenge. This month Jodie picked scarves. I'm not sure I have much more I can share about scarves. I have tried them around my waist but don't like that look on me so I mostly just wear them around my neck like I showed in March & April.

I have worn scarves as headbands/ head coverings a time or two this month as well.

I like the scarves around your neck. I feel like they don't look right on me- maybe I don't wear them enough or practice tying them but I don't feel comfortable wearing them.

ReplyDeleteI ended up hanging mine in eyesight when I get dressed so since I see them I tend to wear them more often.

DeleteI think you showed so many good options. I had the same problem with the challenge. I had already done two scarf posts recently, so then I was thinking "What else can I show?" I didn't do anything different, and just showed a neck tie again, but hey, I had a new sweater! :)

DeleteYou look cute with the scarves! I only have one or two that I can only wear when it's cool outside. They make me way too hot!
ReplyDeleteThank you! I can't wear them when it's hot and sunny but we've had lots of rainy days in the 50's.. scarves are great for that.
DeleteLove! Have you tried tying one around a handbag? I like the little flair that adds. I don't like around my waist, either.

DeleteI tend to wear scarves in my hair. I don't often wear them otherwise besides for cold weather!

DeleteI can't pull off the scarf around my waist look but I do love wearing them on my neck! I need to try wearing as a headband!

DeleteYou look great in all of the ways you styled your scarves. When I worked, I used to wear scarves all the time. I have so many fashion scarves that I have started to wear in the fall and winter with my outfits. I also like to wear them with my spring and fall coats.
