DeleteHow fun! Loved seeing your photography!
ReplyDeleteThanks!
DeleteAlways love your pics!
ReplyDeleteAw, thank you!
DeleteGood job with the photos, they are brilliant. You have some amazing views over the lake and I really like the Blue hour snap.
ReplyDeleteI love blue hour photos but rarely think to snap them that early.
DeleteThese are beautiful! I think my favorites are the blue hour and the berries. I love things covered in ice! I can say this because I'm far enough removed from the ice storm that shut us down for over a week and kept me out of school for two!
ReplyDeleteThank you! I do love how ice looks but hate dealing with it.
DeleteWonderful winter views - great job! #MMBC
ReplyDeleteThank you!
DeleteLove them all - you have the best view through your window!
ReplyDeleteWe really are blessed with that!
DeleteLove the first photo. Is that a camelia flower? We had that at our last house, and I loved the blooms in Januar.
ReplyDeleteYes, that is a camellia flower that we saw in North Carolina.
DeleteNice photos! Such beautiful scenes from your home.
ReplyDeleteThank you!
DeleteYou captured winter in your world so beautifully.

Aw, thank you!
DeleteA very creative selectjion of photos, Joianne. I remember when the blue hour was first introduced on blogs as a challenge years ago,and everyone was trying to post photos of it. It's not easy to get a good photo of it and yours is beautiful! WE are headed for a "heat dome" in the 80s and 90s this week --such crazy weather!
ReplyDeleteWow! That IS crazy! We're having our somewhat usual cold, windy, wet March. (Of course that wet can be either snow or rain but has been mostly rain this whole month).
DeleteAll are so beautiful. BUT I LOVE the one with the FOG and icicles. Print worthy!!!!! Beautiful
ReplyDeleteThank you!
DeleteI think you did a wonderful job with the prompts. Are there spring prompts somewhere? This sounds like fun. Those icicles are no joke. We used to get them on our house in NJ and you would not want to walk under one that was falling. They sounded like dynamite when they hit the ground. Have a great day!
ReplyDeleteI tend to just look up "spring photo challenge" or "winter photo challenge" on Pinterest where I find a bunch of prompt ideas and then pick a bunch for myself.
DeleteI just love the contrast of the snowy branches against that bright blue sky! So beautiful!
ReplyDeleteThank you!
DeleteThis is such a fun post! Your pictures are so lovely! The blue hour picture is gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteAw, thanks!
DeleteYour photos are lovely Joanne. I really enjoyed them. Especially the one with the icicles.
ReplyDeleteThank you! Those are my favorite too.
DeleteWow, that snowy scene looks fabulous and scary at the same time.
ReplyDeleteAw, thank you!
DeleteIt looks like you did pretty well!
ReplyDeleteThanks!
DeleteThese are stunning photos! I am obsessed with your winter art scene.

Aw, thank you! I LOVED how that came out.
DeleteBeautiful shots! Hopefully there are no more snowy shots this year.
ReplyDeleteI'm hoping those are over. As of this morning there is no more ice left on the lake (at least not on the end near our house).
DeleteYou definitely rose to the challenge! Well done. (I especially love your painting. You so perfectly captured winter with those bare but snowy branches!)
ReplyDeleteWell, cold temps didn't stop you from taking some gorgeous photos!
ReplyDeleteThese turned out so well! My favorite are the Winter Sky, Black and White, and Blue Hour.
