*Originally shared May 13, 2015 when the boys were 11, 9, & 7 My boys had an amazing day!!! There was a homeschool field trip to the Microsoft store for a free coding class that we were participating in. I was half excited and half dreading it; I knew the kids would love the class and the experience but I'm not a huge fan of driving through cities, in traffic, or to any place new. Homeschooling has really forced me to try new things outside of my comfort zone. We're constantly trying new things, driving to new places, and meeting new people; all things that tend to make me uneasy. As usual it was a good thing we went. We had such an amazing day! I know I keep saying that but it really was amazing! And you just can't beat free! We had a good 20 kids showing up and since this was a bit further away from us we had a lot of new peop...

I’m in awe. So very pretty!

DeleteWhat a great idea for a blog post and these images are all so stunning.
ReplyDeleteThanks! I warned Kari I was totally stealing her idea; luckily she thought that sounded great.
DeleteJust beautiful- what a lovely collection for Friday Favorites!
ReplyDeleteAw, thank you!
DeletePictures don't do the sunsets and sunrises justice and yet the pictures are still beautiful. Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteThey really don't! I'm always so disappointed when I compare the photo to the sunset/sunrise in front of me but then when I look at them later they do look fabulous.
DeleteStunning photos! You need to frame some of these.

DeleteIts so fun to see the different sunrises - I really love the Tennessee one. This is a great collection.
ReplyDeleteWe were so thrilled to see such pretty views in Tennessee from the back deck of our rental. It was a hairy drive up there but well worth the mountain views.
DeleteI had a sunset picture on my blog today; I will always take a picture of either a sunrise or sunset, regardless of what it looks like afterward. They're my favorite! These are all beautiful.
ReplyDeleteI tend to too!
DeleteI love sunrise and sunset and the pictures!
ReplyDeleteI do too! They're my favorite.
DeleteOh, Joanne, these are so beautiful! I loved every one of these. Thank you so much for sharing them. 💜

ReplyDeleteSuch beautiful photos! I think the Sunrise on Maui is my favourite but they are all amazing!
Aw, thank you!
DeleteSo many beauties! I love to photograph the sunrise especially because we have a great view of that every day. I'll take more sunset photos when we get back out on the boat. We get some of the sunset but not the full view usually. Have a happy weekend!
ReplyDeleteThank you! I tend to take more sunrise photos too since we can't really see sunset from our house either.
DeleteThat's a beautiful collection of sunrise and sunset photos. Thank you for your weekend coffee share.
ReplyDeleteThank you!
DeleteAmazing photos of sunrise and sunset Joanne. I was going to tell you which was my favorite, but they are all so special I can't choose. Saw post at Traffic Jam Reboot. My shares this time are #64 thru 67. Happy Spring and be well! Nancy Andres @ Colors 4 Health.

DeleteStunning photos, Joanne! When we are on vacation, my hubby goes out most mornings and evenings to capture the sky! I don't think there is anything more glorious!
ReplyDeleteI try to notice and capture them too whenever I can.
DeleteOh wow! I love capturing a sunset or a sunrise. These are all stunning! I think sunset in the great smoky mountain; Tennessee is my favourite, but you have really pretty views from your lake too! :)

ReplyDeleteThank you! I could not believe the colors of the sunset in Tampa; there were so many colors and they were so vibrant.
DeleteWhat a gorgeous selection of sunset and sunrise photos, you are lucky to have visited some amazing places.
ReplyDeleteAw, thank you!
DeleteThank you for sharing those beautiful pictures. One of the perks of being an early riser is that I often get to see the sunrise in all it's glory.
ReplyDeleteYou're welcome! I like to get up early for that reason too.
DeleteThe sunrises and sunsets at your home are so pretty.
ReplyDeleteThank you!
