Winter Blues with Ageless Style

It's the third Thursday of the month and time for another ageless style challenge. This month I picked  "Winter Blues" for our ageless style group.  While it was very open to interpretation, I picked it knowing I had lots and lots of shades of blue I could use to pull together a stylish outfit.

I finally settled on using this navy and white striped sweater I had gotten in my last Stitch Fix box. It paired perfectly with a pair of navy pants I already had in my closet.

I just love the detailing on the back!

    1. Thank you; I figured with my hair straight it would have covered up that neat detailing on the back.

    1. Thank you! I rarely have the option to wear that necklace in winter since so many of my sweaters have bulkier turtle or cowl necks.

  10. Nice outfit. Maybe you can Email this winter blues ageless style to Billy Gerhardt of "The mystery of Oak Island" fame. It doesn't matter what the weather is while operating that excavator looking for treasure, Billy stubbornly clings to his olive drab cargo shorts and whatever shirt is clean that day. He needs some fashion tips.

The back of that sweater really gives the whole outfit a punch. I love it.
And I think that sweater would go with all sorts of lighter colors when spring rolls around too.

  18. Hey, I'm back...wanted to check the dip recipe on another post and then wanted to tell you that I loved your gray plaid jumper for the Good Buy Good Bye this month. The scarf and tights pulled it all together for such a cute look. Hope you will reach for it over and over.
