Talking About It Tuesday #46

We had my parents up visiting us this weekend but I don't feel like we got to spend a whole lot of time with them! They arrived late Thursday night and had an appointment at the bank, then Saturday Evan and I went to tour the last college on our list (for this fall anyway!)... which just happened to be Alec's college so we popped in to see him while we were there. Sunday my husband and Ian headed out fishing and my parents left to head to back to North Carolina so it was a very busy feeling weekend for all of us.

Thank you to all of you who come back week after week and make this such a successful link party! It makes me so happy to see this community grow and blossom. We had so many wonderful posts linked up with us again last week that, once again, it was SO hard to pick just a few to feature. You all are killing it with incredible content!

  3. Sorry your time with your parents was rushed but this is the season right? Getting those kids where they need to be- so great that you toured Alec's school and got to see him!

    1. We figured it was worth checking out since both kids would then qualify for a "sibling" discount... but we don't think it's a good fit for Evan and what he wants to study.

    1. That is wonderful! My mom feels kind of torn since both my sisters moved away so she figures if she spends part of the year in the Carolinas with them and then part of the year up here with us and my brother she'll get to see everyone every year.
