Currently in June

It's the first Wednesday of the month and time for the Currently link up with Jennifer. This month we're looking at what we're currently Loving, Looking Forward to, Enjoying, Seeing, and Lounging Around in.

loving: We had a fabulous graduation party for Alec this past weekend at our home. It was a lot of work to get everything in order, cooked, decorated, etc. but it was definitely worth it. He has some really great friends and it was great to get to know them all better. (I will have a full post up about his party later this month)

looking forward to: Alec's graduation week is next week; he's got 1/2 days most days and then next Friday is his graduation! I can't wait!

enjoying: Our time in Acadia!

summit of Acadia Mountain

seeing: Lots of beautiful views like this:

summit of Saint Sauveur Mountain

lounging around in:
Linen pants, gauze pants, and comfy cotton jumpsuits.

Linking up with: Spread the Kindness/On the Edge,

  4. I am sure you loved having Alec's graduation party and getting to be with his friends. It's my personal opinion that is one of the greatest things in life for young people - graduating and celebrating them afterward, no matter what that looks like. My boys' high school grad parties were always my favorite, but by the time we got around to our last two, it was my favorite and most low-key. I felt like we got better and better at them as time went on!
