Talking About It Tuesdays #12

I hope this Tuesday finds you well! We have a short week planned; Alec's school participates in SkillsUSA each year (a competition for technical high schools across the country) and this is Alec's first year NOT competing. The schools all shut down on competition days since so many teachers and students attend across all the various fields and we're all looking so forward to having an extra day to sleep in.  I know he loved his competition days so much but I will not miss those 4:45 (am) drop offs and 11:30 (pm) pick- ups.

    1. They were exhausting days for sure but he thrived on that competition spirit. He seems relieved not to be going this year though and I don't blame him one bit.
