Styling Sweatshirts with Ageless Style
This month's theme of sweatshirts was picked by Jodi. I have A LOT of sweatshirts. Many of them are traditional hoodies and I often wear them for hiking or with my pajamas around the house.
For this particular outfit I picked one of my comfiest sweatshirts I picked up on a family trip to Florida. I just love the teal writing on the sleeve and across the chest.
I paired the sweatshirt with a gray long sleeved shirt and my teal/gray hiking pants.
How do you like to style your sweatshirts?

Aw, Joanne, you look so cute and cozy in you hiking outfit! I love oversized traditional hoodies for get cozy. My current favorite is my black zipper Umphreys McGee hoodie that I just got at their concert in Asheville! I will be sharing a picture of it tomorrow but I haven't taken photographs of myself wearing it yet (even though I wear it nearly every day)!

Thank you!
DeleteSo cute and comfy and I love that you have such a beautiful background so close by.

Thank you! Your background was pretty spectacular too.
DeleteI usually wear comfy sweatshirts whenever I can!
ReplyDeleteI do too; I have one on at some point nearly every day.
DeleteYou look great! I am not great at making hoodies into casual wear, just end up in leggings on the couch!
ReplyDeleteI sometimes pair them with leggings but I've been known to wear them with shorts, capri pants, jeans, pretty much... anything!
DeleteHi Joanne,
ReplyDeleteYou scored perfectly for vacation style and comfort with your sporty sweatshirt! Sweatshirts are terrific when traveling and enjoying time outdoors. The graphics on yours adds to the fun and style of your outfit!

Thank you!
DeleteYou wear a sweatshirt very well - it suits you. I try but it usually does not look at all that cute!
ReplyDeleteAw, thanks!
DeleteSweatshirts are such comfy and fabulous things, aren't they? You look so pretty and refreshing in these colors!!
ReplyDeleteThey really are.
DeleteThe teal writing is very fun! I used to pick up sweatshirts when on vacation but I never wore them as much as I thought so now I pick up cookbooks!

I had to stop for a few years because my stack of sweatshirts was getting much too big but I've culled out just to my favorites and have started piling them on again. I tend to wear them until the cuffs are completely frayed.
DeleteI don't wear a lot of pullover sweatshirts but I do love a zip up. I live in a zip up fleece in the winter months. You've made yours look cute!
ReplyDeleteThere's nothing better than a cozy sweatshirt and cute hiking pants - you are ready for any outdoor adventure!

ReplyDeleteThank you; that is what caught my eye from the parking lot. I
DeleteI always love the graphic ones because they mean something!!

It's funny but I only have graphics on my hooded sweatshirts and nothing else.
DeleteI love wearing sweatshirts in the winter. They're so cozy, and I have several of them that are nice and soft. Your outfit looks perfect for an outdoor adventure on a crisp, winter day. Thanks for hosting the link-up!]

I love a good sweatshirt in the winter! And I love that yours was from a family trip... that makes it even more special!
ReplyDeleteI make sure to never pack a sweatshirt so then I HAVE to buy one! LOL.
DeleteI wear mine with either jeans or leggings.
ReplyDeleteI find for me it's either hiking pants or yoga/leggings but rarely jeans.
DeleteI wear hoodies when I'm hiking too in Park City.
ReplyDeleteI have a lot of sweatshirts but rarely wear them without jeans or athletic leggings.
Until now....
Jodie's challenge was fun!
It was! I had quite a few ideas.
