Photos of the Week: April 3rd.
This was one of those weeks where I struggled with the I Spy prompts. Not that I didn't have tons of ideas for them all but because it felt like we hardly left the house and I never seemed to have my camera nearby when a photo opp. presented itself so all of my photos were taken in just two days time with a deliberate focus on getting these shots in.
– Sepia I played around with some sepia tones in my editing software for this tree bud photo.
– White I made some muddy buddies this week and the white powdered sugar always seems to go everywhere.
– Street Our Favorite hiking trail is just down the street from our house; look at these views!
– Starts with K Ian used the Kubota a few days this week to work on the yards/ beaches of some of our neighbors.
– Your choice The view while on one of our hikes this week.

Such lovely photos! You're inspiring me to get out my 'real' camera and take better pictures. Thank you for visiting my blog and always leaving such kind comments. I appreciate it very much. Have a wonderful weekend!
ReplyDeleteAw, thank you! I have been loving all your wedding photos and posts.
DeleteThat is a shame that you have struggled with the prompts this week. I do a weekly photo challege and sometimes it is hard to take a photo every day especially when you aren't out much.
ReplyDeleteI just had to Google what muddy buddies were and they sound so good. Yum, yum.
You are so lucky to live where you do with those views. x
It's hard to be inspired sometimes when I'm at home because everything feels like the same old stuff.
DeleteMuddy buddies sound good - that sugar does get everywhere - like glitter!
ReplyDeleteYes! It is a lot like glitter in that regard.
DeleteWhat a scenic area you live in, love your outside the square white sugar pic. CarolG
ReplyDeleteThank you!
DeleteMuddy buddies are SO good! I get them when they're on BOGO at Publix.
ReplyDeleteI rarely think to make them but one of my sons was requesting them this week and they really are simple to make.
DeleteWow, love the last one!
ReplyDeleteThank you! I love that hiking trail for that view.
DeleteThe views on a couple of those photos, Joanne, are so beautiful!!!! YUM to muddy buddy... can I come over?! ;)
ReplyDeleteI'm sure you won't be at all surprised to learn that the muddy buddies are already gone! Gobbled up in record time.
DeleteOh I really like how your sepia photo turned out! I need to make some muddy buddies! So yummy.
ReplyDeleteThank you!! I was pretty pleased with my attempt at sepia too.
DeleteOh, the Kubota picture reminds me of my dad. Thank you for that one. And the views from your hikes are incredible!
