I Spy Saturdays #4

I had a lot of fun with this week's photo prompts and even was inspired to try using my crystal photo ball (for perhaps the 3rd time ever!).

 – New (I tried a new recipe this week-- butternut squash fitters)

– Different Angle
(I brought along my crystal sphere for a new view of a favorite landscape)

– Before & After (our sourdough bread in both the completed bread stage and as dough)

– Fruit or Veggie? (I had so much fun photographing pineapples and strawberries this week; ultimately decided to share this pineapple pic)

– Backyard (Winter) – (Standing on the threshold of our back door looking off the deck)

  1. You have a great backyard!!! And I love that pineapple picture. I'm also super impressed you got your "before and after" in one photo. I really struggled with how to do that and gave up.

    1. Thank you! That before and after took so much thought and I only barely realized at the last minute before baking the second loaf that I could use the set up I did.

  6. Your pineapple picture is just fabulous!! I used a pineapple for the prompt too but it's not as pretty!
And how fun is that sphere!! And you know I LOVE your background! I decided to skip that specific prompt because too much of my neighbor's yards are showing through the chain link fence!

  9. Meant to take a picture of my plate at Olive Garden before I dove in and then planned to take a photo of the plate licked clean. But got so excited about being out to eat, I forgot all about the photo challenge. Now we need to go out to eat again.
Have always wanted one of those glass balls for photography. Maybe I need to gift myself one for Valentine's Day.
The fritters sound yummy. And as always, the view off your deck is stunning.
