Encouraging Hearts and Home: The First Week of May

Mother's day is celebrated this weekend in the United States and I'm not sure how that crept up on me so fast!  Thankfully I have been planning ahead and I am mostly ready.  Are you?  It sure will feel like a weird celebration not seeing our mothers but I made special somethings for them that we'll be dropping off.  How are you celebrating?

And Now, for This Week's Encouraging Hearts & Home Blog Hop!

Join your Encouraging Hearts & Home Co-Hosts each week for encouragement and support for your heart & your home. We hope to provide a space that builds each other up and lends a helping hand along the way. With all the negativity in the world, let's shine a positive light!

  2. Happy Mother's Day to you as well! We will have my family over for either brunch or dinner over the weekend. We are able to see each other now, up to 10 consistent people, so that will be nice. Get outside too hopefully.

  5. It is so crazy that Mother Day is this weekend already. I was sure time was going to slow down with all this stay in place business but it seemed to just as fast or faster. That caramel covered cake looks so delicious and mmm how nice it would be to have a slice right about now! :) Happy Thursday!

  6. Thank you for hosting! This is what I featured the week of 4-27 to 5-1 on my blog. On Tuesday were Sesame Pork Chops with Asian Glaze. Wednesday was Marsala Pork Chops. Thursday was Easy Sweet and Sour Pork. And winding up this Week of Pork is Tip Friday Beating Egg Whites and How-To Make Condensed Cream Soup Base. Enjoy!
