Prime Purchases from April

Wow! My poor credit card got quite a workout this month.... and I'm honest enough to admit that Amazon was only part of it.  With spring weather finally arriving I needed to get the boys some warm weather clothes on top of all this.

I bought myself this bathing suit after seeing it on The Bolin Bunch's blog and I just LOVE it!

I bought all the boys some swimsuits and goggles for their Easter baskets.  I bought these for Ian.

We were out of a lot of our household items and I wanted to try a few new food items so I put in a pantry order (which I've never done before!).  Here are a few of the thing we bought:

Hand soap: Two of my boys have incredibly bad eczema on their hands and wrists but this aloe soap doesn't irritate it. I buy a huge jug and just re-fill all the small bottles near every sink with it.

Everything But the Bagel Seasoning (we don't have a Trader Joes near us) but I've been wanting to try this.  I did use it to make homemade bagels and it was fantastic.  I've even used it to season turkey!

A few assorted types of canned beans- I tried pinto, cannellini, garbanzo and black beans in this brand to use in a chili recipe.

Microwave popcorn in the same brand; this light popcorn is only

Shampoo

Both Alec and my husband needed socks:  Alec loves knee socks but these Carhartt ones are the closest we can find now that's he's gotten so tall.   My husband needs work socks like these that hold up

Alec ordered himself this Ben 10 series of DVD's

For Ian's birthday we bought him this decal solution for model making

My misto bottle broke so I bought myself a new one-- It's the perfect way to spray my pans so food won't stick without adding lots of chemicals to it.  I used to keep two of them one for vegetable oil and one for olive oil.

We love to play games so when I saw this game on sale for National Parks Week I just had to scoop it up!  Trekking The National Parks.  We can't wait to play it and will certainly "count" it as geography.

    1. It really does! Especially these last few months; seems like every time I turn around someone needs clothes or food or... something.

    1. It's crazy! Each month I say we don't be ordering that much for few weeks... but a little bit here and there really adds up fast.

  6. That swimsuit is AMAZING. I love protein bars for when I am on low-carb and need some for Ella because she isn't a huge meat fan.

    1. Yeah that's how mine was... just sort of spitting or sending out oil in a stream.
