Encouraging Hearts and Home-- First Bike Ride of the Season

We took our first bike ride of the season this past weekend... and days later I am STILL sore!  I forgot just how many muscles we use when we bike ride.  It was wonderful to be outside though and the boys and I are already planning a few more bike rides.

    1. I'm honored that my Fruit Slaw recipe was the most viewed from last week! It's a yummy recipe. The fact that my kids will eat the cabbage in it is an extra bonus!

    2. Thanks for featuring the sand art eggs. I missed them last time, and I have a lot of sand that I'd like to use up with my grandboy!

    3. Yay, I love link ups! I'm so glad I got to participate! We are about to buy my son a bike, he's seven and hasn't learned to ride one yet. I know we are super behind the curve, but he was really terrified every time we tried! This year we are not messing around, he's learning, no matter what!

      1. My youngest son took forever to learn how to ride because he was so cared too; we finally told him that it would be harder to pedal on the grass but at least he wouldn't have to worry about getting hurt on the pavement and that's what finally prompted him to teach himself and really try. Best of luck to you!
