Italian Ranch "Chex" Mix
If you read my blog regularly you know we just LOVE our Chex Mix and I'm always trying out new recipes to keep it fresh and fun.
One day I decided to try combining the cheesy ranch chex mix and the Parmesan Italian chex mix. It was so delicious! We just love this Italian Ranch Chex mix!
Ingredients:
1/2 box Crispex cereal
1 cup bagel chips
1 cup oyster crackers
1 cup pretzel waffles
3 Tablespoons butter, melted
3 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 packet Italian dressing mix
1 Tablespoon ranch dressing mix
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 Tablespoon parsley
1 cup Gardettos garlic rye chips
In a large bowl I combined the Crispex, bagel chips, oyster crackers, and pretzels together. In a small glass bowl I combined the butter, lemon juice, Italian dressing mix, and ranch dressing mix. I poured the butter mixture over the cracker mixture and mixed them together well; making sure to get the crackers evenly coated. I sprinkled on parmesan cheese and parsley then microwaved the large glass bowl for 6 minutes; stirring every two.
When the mix is done I poured it out onto a few sheets of tin foil to cool and mixed in the rye chips. Once everything was cool we put it into a few Tupperware containers and enjoyed snacking on this tasty mix.
So do you have a favorite snacking recipe?
