It's the first Wednesday of the month and time for Currently with Amy. This month we're sharing what we're planting or hatching, cleaning, eating and drinking, reading and watching, & loving. Planting or hatching (literal or figurative – like planting an idea or hatching a plan)-- It's far too early to plant anything here but Alec does have huge plans for a big garden this summer. My husband and him built some raised garden beds over December break and I know he's been pouring through seed catalogs. So eventually when it warms up enough we'll be planting all sorts of things. Cleaning (spring)-- I don't really do any extra cleaning for spring other than cleaning up all the outdoor things/stuff when it's finally warm enough. I can't wait to pull out all our patio and deck furniture! Eating and drinking-- I've been drinking water and eating... omelette with homemade English muffins and grapes Parmesan salmon, butternut...
