My Latest Stitch Fix Box

I've been meaning to write this post for a few weeks now... but I was hoping the weather would warm up enough to enjoy actually wearing some of the cute pieces I received. 

I've been using Stitch fix since 2021 and while I only get a box every few months, I really like getting a few new items every now and then.  I think in all those orders though I have only kept the full box one or two other times-- this was one of those times!

I had asked to see some summer dresses and skirts. I don't typically love dresses and skirts but they are wonderful for spring and summer and I LOVED every piece they sent me!

This skirt is so comfy and I love the pattern and style.  



I was sent two dresses of very similar style that are oh so comfy and completely adorable!

Then I was also sent a jumpsuit; I have a real "thing" for jumpsuits and just can not resist them.  This one is great because I can wear a regular bra with it too and it has pockets and adjustable straps.


These pink pants have become my new favorites.  They have a wide waist band like yoga pants and I am honestly thinking about buying them in another color.

    I have some cute summer dresses in my wardrobe waiting for some sunshine so I can wear them. I hope it warms up soon.
    I love that skirt, I could see myself wearing something like that and I love the idea of jumpsuits but I've never worn one let alone owned one.

    Looks like you received just what you asked for! Everything looks fantastic on you! I never reach for dresses but recently ordered a couple of "above the knee" summer dresses, they haven't arrived yet though...

      I balked a bit at their prices in the beginning but year after year some of my all time favorite pieces come from them and I really do feel like I get a lot of wear out of each item.

    I just updated my post about clothing boxes and I like how they have the option to get just one or a couple of things instead of an entire box.
    Great options and I love the cut out shirt that you wore with the pink pants too. Very sexy.

Do you remember the TGIF lineups on Friday nights? Things That Make Me Laugh

I loved the challenge of this week's list for our 26 lists link up.  I don't know about you but I really need to laugh more lately.  It's such a great stress reliever. 1.  Books-- I love a good funny book that makes me laugh out loud.  I haven't read one in a while but if you have any recommendations I'm all ears.  The last book I can remember making me laugh was the Un-Honeymooners. 2  The boys being silly. 3.  Watching shows like America's Funniest Videos or Family Feud. 4. My husband.  Most people don't realize it but he's actually pretty funny and often makes me laugh. 5.  Whenever my sisters/ family get together and we get to reminiscing (particularly if my Aunt Elaine is around) we end up laughing so hard at all the old family stories that we are all in tears by the end of the night.  It's fabulous. 6. Movies like Mom's Night Out, Christmas Vacation, and Grown Ups make me laugh out loud. 7.  When my boys were youn

Dorm Move In & Alec's Dorm Photos

 Alec and I loaded up the car Wednesday morning. I was literally unable to sleep the night before thinking there was no way we were going to fit all his stuff ( see yesterday's post! ) into my car. But first try we got it all to fit! There wasn't really any room to spare but that's okay, we all fit and so did everything he wanted to bring with him.  Since Alec is in the honors program he got to move in 2 days before the rest of the school (on Thursday).. which meant we didn't hear a whole lot from the school on what to expect for move in day. We were told to be there anywhere between 10 am and 7 pm so we decided to shoot for the 10 am and give ourselves plenty of time. His roommate wouldn't be moving in until Saturday and Alec will have a full day of activities and meetings today (on Friday).  We did label everything with Alec's name, dorm name, and room # just in case and printed out a parking pass (again, just in case)-- none of which we needed to do but were
