No Bake Chocolate Lasagna

We were having company over last month and Alec really wanted to make a special dessert to share with them. As he was asking his friend to collaborate over the phone they decided they wanted to make something together once his friend arrived.

They settled on a no bake lasagna recipe that would be quick, easy, and delicious!

It was so good and so sweet that you only needed a small piece to satisfy that craving.

Ingredients:
For the crust:
Family package of Oreo cookies
6 Tablespoons butter
For the cheesecake layer:
1 8 ounce package cream cheese
2 Tablespoons milk
1/4 sugar
6 ounces Cool Whip
1 cup white chocolate chips
For the pudding layer:
3 1/4 cups milk
2 3.9 oz package instant chocolate pudding
For the topping:
1 cup marshmallow fluff
1 cup heavy whipping cream
3 Tablespoons powdered sugar
chocolate morsels and Oreo pieces for decorating

Crush 2 sleeves of the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 13x9 pan.  Set in the fridge to cool and harden up while making the next layer.

Mixed softened cream cheese, 2 Tablespoons milk, & sugar for the cheesecake layer on high until light and fluffy then gently fold in 6 ounces Cool Whip and 1 cup white chocolate chips.  Spread over the Oreo crust.  Set in fridge while making up the pudding.

In the mixing bowl of the stand mixer, combine cold milk and pudding mixes on medium until pudding begins to thicken. Spread over cheesecake layer.  Pop it back into the fridge while making the topping.

After rinsing out the stand mixing bowl and wiping it back down we combined the marshmallow Fluff with the heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar on high until stiff peaks began forming.  He spread that over the pudding layer and sprinkled some chocolate morsels and Oreo cookie chunks over the whole thing.

It was delicious!

As you can see we put parchment paper on the bottom of the pan but I don't actually recommend that as our knife kept cutting through it and making it hard to serve.
