What the Boys Have been Reading In May

In changing up our weekly wrap- up format I realized I was going to loose all record of the books we've read and I really didn't want that to happen so I decided to keep a running log of all the books the boys read each month.

I include those books we read aloud together or listen to on CD in the car but I am not including those books we read for geography, history or science.

In other words these are the books we've read for fun this month:

Illustrated edition of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's stone

The School Skeleton

Rumpelstiltskin

The Candymakers and the Great Chocolate Chase

The Dead of Night

2030: A Day in the Life of Tomorrow's Kids

The Maggie B.

The Colorful Story of Comics- We love this whole history of fun stuff series!

The Unwilling Umpire

The Big Orange Splot

Memory Thief

Foxcraft: The Elders

The Vampire vacation

Grumpy Cat

A Silly Snowy Day (Kind of a weird book for May but that was Evan's pick for the day).

  1. My kids and I read aloud while they were still at home. Even when they became adults we kept it going for awhile. We'd have tea time and read together. Glad to know others are doing it, too. It's a great way to share family time. I haven't read most of the books you shared, but I have read the Harry Potter series. Blessings to you! I'm your neighbor at #LMMLinkup.
