Don't you hate it when your creative juices just stop flowing and it seems like nothing is going right?  I finally managed to finish three half- way decent pages yesterday but it took me hours and quite a bit of swearing (under my breath) at my Cricut.

 I got a newer, larger Cricut for Christmas and I guess I'm still learning the in's and out's of it.

 Can you believe it's already the last weekend of the month? Here in the states we have a long Memorial day weekend and my husband and I took off to Acadia, Maine for the long weekend; we have always made it a priority to get away just the two of us for a little weekend here and there whenever we have that extra money in our budget and I can not wait to hit the trails.   Loved: I have loved the warming up of our weather! I got to wear many of my "summer" clothes, our garden is loving the extra sun and warmth too as everything is finally starting to bloom, and best of all I got to ear breakfast on the deck a few times!! Let's Look At.. Our Medicine Cabinet

I join in with the ladies for Let's Look At (the 2nd Wednesday of every month) so sporadically, but this year I am trying to be more intentional about joining in.  This month we're looking at our medicine cabinet.   While we don't have a traditional medicine cabinet I do have one large-ish closet in our master bathroom that I tend to keep pretty much everything in.  I re-organized it back in 2020 when I was on a kick organizing the whole house.   I use these clear bins and then made my own labels.  The top shelf: The bin on the left holds my curling irons and heated styling tools that I rarely use.   The bin on the right holds all our travel items and things The second shelf down: The bin on the left holds all our medicines and the bin on the right (which I didn't bother to photograph) just holds q-tips and cotton balls. Let's Look At: My Morning Routine

 This month's Let's Look is all about our morning routine.  My morning routine changes quite frequently since I tend to adjust my schedule based on what everyone else in the house has going on.  My latest routine goes something like this: 5:00 the alarm goes off (we get to sleep in from 4:30 now that my husband's job was altered).  I typically stay in bed until 5:30 reading a book or checking emails on my phone.  5:30 I head downstairs and empty the dishwasher, take out/prep food for dinner, and make sure Evan's schoolwork is set out on the table.  This day I made homemade pizza dough and then it sit and rest all day before forming 6 individual pizzas End of the school year means we have very few subjects left 5:45 I make sure Alec is awake and getting dressed for school.   6:00 Both Ian and Alec are in the kitchen making breakfasts and lunch and I often help with the lunches and ask questions to get a low down on their day and who will be home at what time (since they
